Where To, Miss Fifties?

Do not worry, my readers, this is not some shocking exposé about age. I refer to the time period- the curly haired and sock hop music 1950s of which I have become so recently enamored. I thought that a nearby antique store was actually hosting a sock hop dance (swing music and all), and became quite excited. Upon calling, however, it turned out that this event was merely a sale at which people could receive prizes for fifties costumes. Still, the thought of it has put me in a fifties clothing mood, and today I set out to a vintage clothing store to find some! I will make sure to keep you updated on my progress.
